We are looking for a B2B SaaS Sales Executive who can understand business requirements, demonstrate our WhatsApp API solution, generate opportunities, and convert prospects into customers.

About the Role

As a B2B SaaS Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling Whalexy to businesses and helping them understand how WhatsApp Business API and automation can improve their sales, marketing, and customer communication.

This is a full-cycle sales role involving both inbound and outbound sales.





You will handle the sales process from lead generation and prospecting → product demonstration → follow-ups → negotiation → closing → client onboarding and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert B2B leads through inbound and outbound sales.
- Prospect businesses and identify opportunities for WhatsApp Business API and automation solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and conduct product demonstrations.
- Handle follow-ups, objections, negotiations, and close deals.
- Build and maintain the sales pipeline through calls, WhatsApp, email, online meetings, and field visits.
- Manage client relationships from onboarding through retention, upselling, and renewals.
- Develop business through referrals and channel/partner networks.
- Maintain accurate sales and lead information in CRM and Google Sheets.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Sales, Software Sales, or API Sales.
- Solid communication, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
