Role & responsibilities:
- Financial Management and Reporting
- Prepare, analyze, and present Monthly P&L; statements, MIS, and financial reports.
- Manage monthly trial closures, annual operating plans, and budget comparisons.
- Develop and monitor key financial metrics and reporting dashboards to ensure financial transparency and control. Strategic Planning and Budgeting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual financial planning processes.
- Perform detailed costing, including product costing, to optimize profitability.
- Support the formulation and execution of strategic financial plans. Compliance and Taxation
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including direct and indirect taxation.
- Ensure all accounting practices are aligned with corporate policies and legal requirements.
- Process Optimization and Automation
- Drive operational efficiency by implementing automation and cost-saving initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP solutions for enhanced accounting systems.
- Supervise accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely closure of day-to-day accounting activities.
Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Finalist preferred.
