We are looking for a proactive, driven, and detail-oriented Field Coordinator / Market Operations Executive to join our regional team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering real-time daily market data, monitoring local egg production and distribution trends, interacting with poultry farmers and traders, and executing consumer awareness or rural marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Market Data Collection: Conduct daily market surveys, gather accurate pricing and inventory data from local production/consumption centers, and report findings to the zonal committee.
- Farmer Liaison & Support: Build solid relationships with local poultry farmers, offering guidance, collecting feedback, and informing them about NECC resources, market trends, and best practices.
- Supply & Distribution Monitoring: Help track and regulate the movement of egg stocks from surplus to deficit regions to prevent extreme price fluctuations.
- Promotional Campaigns & Schemes: Assist in executing local promotional events, consumer education drives,



and rural entrepreneurship programs (such as egg cart initiatives and nutritional campaigns).
- Administrative Reporting: Maintain clear logs of regional market performance, stakeholder meetings, and submit routine operational reports to management.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in agricultural marketing, field operations, supply chain coordination, or working with farmer producer organizations (FPOs). Freshers with strong communication skills and a background in agriculture/poultry will also be considered.
- Languages:
- Fluent in [Insert Regional Language, e.g., Hindi / Tamil / Marathi / Telugu] (mandatory for daily communication with local farmers and traders).
- Working proficiency in English (for written reporting and documentation).
