Job Description – Site Supervisor

Designation: Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor Gardeners and Garden Cleaners.
- Ensure proper garden cleaning and maintenance.
- Coordinate between the company and client for daily site operations.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Monitor staff discipline, punctuality, and performance.
- Manage manpower deployment and arrange replacements when required.
- Report site issues, absenteeism, and manpower requirements to management.
- Ensure compliance with client instructions and site rules.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in site supervision/facility management.
- Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
