Tour Planner

We are looking for a creative and organized Tour Planner to join our team and help us create attractive, practical, and competitive tour packages for our website.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and create domestic and international tour packages.
- Research destinations, hotels, sightseeing places, transportation, and activities.
- Prepare complete day-wise tour itineraries.
- Calculate package costs, including hotels, transport, sightseeing, meals, and other services.
- Create attractive package descriptions, inclusions, exclusions, and terms & conditions for our website.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local service partners to collect updated rates and availability.
- Regularly update existing tour packages according to seasonal demand, prices, and offers.
- Identify new destinations and create unique packages based on customer requirements.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop packages that are easy to sell and attractive to customers.

Requirements:




- Good knowledge of travel destinations and tourism.
- Strong research and planning skills.
- Good English writing and communication skills.
- Ability to create detailed and attractive itineraries.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Experience in a travel agency or tour & travel company will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good destination knowledge and strong communication skills can also apply.
