1. Planning & coordination with Managers for smooth & continuous operation of Plant along with complete adherence to the maintenance (both preventive & predictive) activities in Chemical Process plant.
2. Coordination with Manager for carrying out daily maintenance activities (preventive & predictive)
3. Coordination with contract persons for daily issuing of material for maintenance
4. Planning & Supervision of equipment overhauling in coordination with company / contract fitters
5. Supervision and coordination with electrical, instrument and other department to carry out maintenance jobs
6. Responsible for maintenance of process plant equipment
7. Ensuring complete safety requirement for carrying out any maintenance activities
8. Maintaining and ensuring the availability of critical spares inventory
9. Spares assessment & issuing from stores.
10. Ensuring the engineering activities by following the applicable engineering standards.
11. Breakdown analysis by following RCA methodology & implementation of CAPA
