Job Description

We are looking for a pleasant, well-groomed and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive (CRE) to manage client hospitality and ensure an exceptional experience for customers visiting our premium jewellery business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet clients and guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Create a premium and personalized experience for every customer.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the relevant team.
- Manage customer hospitality and ensure their comfort during visits.
- Coordinate customer appointments and visits.
- Assist customers with basic queries and direct them to the appropriate team.
- Coordinate refreshments and other hospitality arrangements.
- Maintain skilled and courteous communication with clients.
- Handle customer requests and special requirements efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain a high standard of grooming,



etiquette and professional conduct.
- Support the team in maintaining the overall luxury brand experience.
