Intelligent Technology Operations Technical Delivery Lead,
you should have experience with:
- Enterprise Technology Transformation Delivery – leading complex, cross-functional technology transformation programmes from strategy through execution and adoption.
- Strategic Delivery Leadership & Navigating Ambiguity – Demonstrated ability to operate in complex and evolving environments, synthesising inputs from multiple stakeholders,



delivery teams and business priorities to identify interdependencies, connect the dots, and translate ambiguity into clear, targeted and executable delivery plans.
- Technology Operations & Engineering Practices – strong understanding of modern technology operations, including monitoring, observability, SRE, automation, event management, GenAI, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
- Stakeholder Influence & Communication: Strong influencing skills with the ability to align multi-faceted stakeholders across business units and technology teams, drive outcomes without direct authority, and communicate complex multi-stream delivery, risks, dependencies and perks to executive audiences.
