We are looking for a well-organized, responsible and hardworking Export Assistant / Export Coordinator with a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate export orders accurately and on time.
- Assist with day-to-day international business and export-related activities.
- Maintain professional relationships with the Director’s leads through Email Marketing, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing Email Marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct internet research and data searching using Google and other online sources.
- Maintain and organize customer, lead and export-related data.
- Prepare and manage business documents, reports and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Assist with basic export documentation and international business processes.




- Perform other coordination and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Dedicated, hardworking and responsible with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of International Business / Exports.
- Good knowledge of Google and Internet Research.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of PDF, Desktop Publishing and other computer applications will be an advantage.
- Flexible, quick learner and willing to adapt to new tasks and technologies.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
