Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce & CRO Executive to manage and continuously improve our Shopify website's user experience and conversion performance. This role is ideal for someone who understands how small changes to a website can directly impact sales, and who's comfortable working hands-on with Shopify, analytics, and testing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage day-to-day website updates and changes on Shopify, including product pages, banners, navigation, and layout





● Identify friction points across the site (homepage, product pages, cart, checkout) and run structured A/B tests to fix them

● Track and analyze website performance using GA4, Shopify analytics, and heatmap tools like Hotjar or Clarity

● Optimize product pages for higher conversion, including images, descriptions, and page structure

● Work closely with design and marketing teams to implement landing pages and campaign-specific website changes

● Monitor site speed, mobile experience, and checkout flow to reduce drop-offs

● Stay updated on Shopify apps, themes, and ecommerce UX best practices

● Maintain a testing and optimization roadmap with clear documentation of experiments and results

Ideal Candidate Profile:

● 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, CRO, or website management, preferably on Shopify

● Hands-on experience with Shopify's theme editor; working knowledge of Liquid, HTML, or
