Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct IT audits to identify areas of improvement in processes, systems, and controls.
- Develop and implement corrective actions plans to address identified risks and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of governance policies and procedures.
- Provide training programs on process quality, compliance, and best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 8-25 years of experience in IT Audit Lead role or similar position.
- Robust understanding of ITIL framework for service desk operations.
- Experience in conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and developing corrective action plans.
