About the opportunity

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist with 3+ years of experience to drive performance across paid social and search channels. You’ll work across competitor research, creative testing, scriptwriting, and visual direction to turn insights into high-converting ad concepts for brands running serious budgets on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google.

What you'll do
- Conduct deep competitor and market research using tools like Foreplay, Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Centre, YouTube Ads, and competitor landing pages to identify winning angles, hooks, and formats.
- Design testing roadmaps that define what to test next (angles, archetypes, formats), in what order, and how to read results to inform future creative.
- Write scripts for short and long-form video, along with copy for static, carousel and short-form placements.
- Translate research into transparent, actionable creative briefs that specify hook, angle, format, audience stage, CTA,



and visual references for production teams.
- Analyse creative performance data (CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPA, holdout tests) at the concept/angle level, not just the ad ID level, to surface learnings and recommendations.
- Maintain organised creative trackers, asset libraries, and documentation to prevent anything from being lost, duplicated, or misaligned across clients.

Who we're looking for
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, creative strategy, or direct-response copywriting across paid social/search (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, etc.).
- You've written video scripts and ad copy that converted, ideally across multiple verticals.
- Strong ability to turn data and insights (CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) into creative direction: angle frameworks, testing plans, and performance readouts.
- You use AI tools daily as part of how you research, write and iterate.
- You brief creatives precisely and present in
