Role & responsibilities

Job Description - Lead enterprise-wide risk management framework across CARE Ratings and subsidiaries. Ensure identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of strategic, operational, compliance, financial, technology and reputation risks.

Responsibilities
- Develop Group Risk Management Framework and ensure measurement and adherence to the same
- Presenting Risk Framework to Board
- Assess business model sustainability and key risks/opportunities thereof
- Strengthening internal control workplace.
- Stewardship of risk intelligence through MIS, analytics, dashboards and predictive KRIs.
- Undertake, monitoring or guide specific projects for the above
- Support for the above activities

Preferred candidate profile
- Enthusiastic and self-driven
- MBA/CA preferably with FRM / CFA

5-15 years in risk management, financial services, credit rating agencies, banks, NBFCs or consulting
