Role: Windchill Solution Architect

Role Summary:
Looking for an experienced PTC Windchill Solution Architect to design and lead enterprise PLM solutions, translating business requirements into scalable Windchill architectures and guiding implementation, customization and integration. Current Bangalore roles emphasize end-to-end architecture, business requirement mapping, PLM transformation and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end PTC Windchill PLM solutions and technical architecture.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable Windchill solutions.
- Lead Windchill implementation, configuration, customization, upgrade and migration.
- Define architecture for PDM, PLM, BOM/Product Structure, Change Management, Document Management and Classification.
- Design integrations with SAP/ERP, Creo/CAD and other enterprise applications.
- Guide Windchill development teams on technical design, coding and best practices.
- Conduct technical workshops,



solution reviews and architecture assessments.
- Ensure security, performance, scalability and upgrade compatibility.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers and enterprise architects.

Must Have:
- 9–16 years of experience with solid Windchill/PLM expertise.
- Proven experience as a Windchill Solution/Technical Architect.
- Strong knowledge of Windchill customization, configuration, workflows, OIR, data model and integrations.
- Good understanding of Java/J2EE, Windchill APIs and REST/SOAP.
- Experience with Windchill PDMLink, BOM, Change Management and Product Structure.
- Strong stakeholder management and solution-design skills.
- Experience in enterprise-scale Windchill implementation/integration projects.
