Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective safety policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and develop corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Provide training on industrial safety best practices to employees, contractors, and visitors at the construction site.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety considerations into project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) or related field.
- Solid knowledge of industrial safety regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA).
- Proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive safety programs.
- Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies.
