Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, prioritize features, and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor analysis, and industry insights to inform product decisions.
- Ensure effective communication of product updates and changes to stakeholders through regular reporting.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in banking application software development or related field.
- Strong understanding of agile methodology (e.g., Scrum) and ability to work effectively in an iterative setting.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying large datasets.
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools for tracking issues, bugs, and releases.
