Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in daily operations, team management, customer service, sales, and achievement of branch targets. The role will assist in ensuring smooth branch functioning while maintaining service quality and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in managing day-to-day branch operations.
- Support the achievement of branch sales, revenue, and business targets.
- Supervise, motivate, and guide branch staff to achieve individual and team goals.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, productivity, and discipline.
- Ensure excellent customer service and address customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Support lead generation, sales activities, follow-ups, and customer acquisition.
- Monitor daily business activities and prepare branch performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.




- Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational and customer-related issues.
- Assist with inventory, cash handling, documentation, and other branch administrative activities where applicable.
- Identify opportunities to improve branch efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
- Conduct regular team meetings and communicate management instructions effectively.
- Assist the Branch Manager with staff training and development.
- Take charge of branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in branch operations, sales, customer service, or team management.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilit
