Role Summary:

An experienced L3 Network Security Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco Secure Access / SASE solutions. Associate will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting, architecture support, implementation, and optimization of secure network access solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 support for Cisco Secure Access / Cisco SASE platform.
- Design, implement, and manage Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), and CASB policies.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to Cisco AnyConnect, VPN, remote access, and identity-based access policies.
- Integrate Cisco Secure Access with enterprise identity providers (Azure AD / SSO / MFA).
- Manage and optimize security policies, access control rules, and traffic inspection policies.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and provide permanent fixes.
- Work with network, security,



and cloud teams to ensure secure connectivity across hybrid environments.
- Implement and maintain high availability and performance optimization for secure access infrastructure.
- Provide guidance and technical mentoring to L1/L2 teams.
- Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Secure Access / Cisco SASE.
- Expertise in Cisco AnyConnect, VPN, ZTNA, SWG, and identity-based security policies.
- Robust knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSL/TLS, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
- Experience with firewalls, proxy, and network security technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud security integration (Azure, AWS, or hybrid environments).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex network and security incidents.
