About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically capable Sales Engineer to develop sales of Industrial Valves and generate new business opportunities.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating enquiries, preparing quotations, following up with customers, coordinating with internal teams, and converting enquiries into purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify new customers and business opportunities for Industrial Valves.
- Generate enquiries from industries such as:
- Steel Plants
- Power Plants
- Ethanol & Sugar Plants
- Petrochemical
- Chemical
- EPC Companies
- Water & Infrastructure
- OEMs and Process Industries
- Develop relationships with Purchase, Maintenance, Project and Engineering departments.
- Find recent customers through market research, LinkedIn, industry directories, references,



exhibitions and other available sources.

2. Sales & Customer Handling
- Understand customer requirements and technical specifications.
- Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the technical and commercial team.
- Follow up regularly on submitted quotations.
- Negotiate commercially within the approved company guidelines.
- Convert enquiries into Purchase Orders.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers and generate repeat business.

3. Technical Coordination
- Understand basic applications and specifications of Industrial Valves.
- Coordinate with Design, Production and Quality departments for technical and delivery-related requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable valve types and configurations.
- Handle technical and commercial discussions with customers.

4. Order Follow-up
- Coordinate internally after receipt of Purchase Orders.
- Follow up on production, inspection, tes
