As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying international sales leads, communicating with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, preparing quotations, following up on opportunities, and converting leads into customers.

This is a target-driven B2B sales role that requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up discipline, confidence in speaking with international clients, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate current B2B sales opportunities through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, online research and other channels.
- Identify and qualify potential customers, distributors, promotional product companies and business buyers.
- Contact international prospects and introduce 365Source's products and sourcing capabilities.
- Understand customer requirements, product specifications, quantities, budgets and timelines.
- Prepare and send professional quotations and product proposals.
- Follow up consistently with prospects through email, phone and other communication channels.




- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, opportunities and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with sourcing, product and operations teams to obtain pricing, product information, samples and availability.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Convert qualified leads into orders and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
- Research competitors, market trends, products and potential new customer segments.
- Participate in virtual meetings and sales presentations with international clients.
- Prepare regular sales activity and pipeline reports for management.
