Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in developing recent business opportunities and expanding Atithi's corporate and industrial catering client base.

The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, client meetings, site visits, proposal coordination, follow-ups, and assisting in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales and business development targets.
- Identify and develop new corporate, industrial and institutional catering opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls, online research, references and field visits.
- Connect with key decision-makers including HR, Admin, Facility, Procurement, Purchase and Management teams.
- Arrange and attend client meetings,



presentations and site visits.
- Understand client requirements, employee strength, meal volumes, catering scope and existing vendor arrangements.
- Identify upcoming tenders, RFQs, contracts and catering opportunities.
- Prepare and coordinate company profiles, proposals, quotations and other sales documents.
- Follow up with prospective clients and ensure timely communication.
- Maintain a proper sales pipeline and track leads from initial contact to conversion.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with Operations, Commercial and Management teams for client requirements and proposals.
- Assist in commercial negotiations and business discussions with clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and market opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management.
