Job Summary:

The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales activities within a designated branch. This role involves driving sales performance, achieving revenue targets, managing and developing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The manager will also be responsible for the overall operational efficiency and compliance of the branch, fostering a positive work environment, and building strong relationships with clients and the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve branch sales targets and objectives for various financial products and services.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for senior management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.




- Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, while actively seeking opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market, expanding the branch's client base and market share through proactive outreach and community engagement.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and other compliance standards.
- Manage the branch budget, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and effectively, ensuring resolutions that align with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
