Role : Deputy General Manager / General Manager

Purpose: Drive profitable growth in international markets for CTC/PICC (Continuously Transposed Conductors /Paper-Insulated Copper Conductors) by building a robust export sales pipeline, deepening relationships with key domestic influencers, and converting opportunities through solid technical and commercial expertise in the
power/transformer industry.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Export Sales Volume & Value Growth - Achieve targeted export sales volumes and margins with primary focus on expanding the company's presence in the USA and European markets through strategic customer acquisition . The role will require extensive international travel to strengthen customer relationships, identify

new business opportunities, and drive sustainable growth across global markets
- New Customer Acquisition Drive Acquisition of New customers by effectively showcasing the company products, providing the required technical information,



and securing necessary customer approvals .Focus on building and nurturing a strong customer base to establish long-term partnerships and encourage repeat business.
- Relationship Building (Export) - Develop and sustain strategic relationships with transformer manufacturers,utilities, and key industry stakeholders across international markets to strengthen the company's export business. Collaborate closely with customers and industry influencers to gather market intelligence, identify emerging opportunities, and support long-term business growth.
- Market & Competition Analysis - Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to provide actionable insights that support product positioning, pricing strategies, and market-entry plans. Continuously monitor industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and

strengthen the company's market presence.
