About the Role

Looking for an experienced Operations Leader to drive end-to-end operations across Fulfilment, Inventory, Logistics, Customer Service and Marketplace Operations, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

? Drive Operations strategy & process excellence

? Lead Fulfilment, Warehouse & Distribution operations

? Drive inventory productivity and optimization

? Manage logistics partners, delivery SLAs & reverse logistics

? Improve customer experience, CSAT & NPS

? Lead Marketplace & Vendor Operations





? Build and mentor high-performing teams

Requirements

✅ 12+ years in Operations / Supply Chain / Logistics

✅ Solid E-commerce / Retail / D2C / Consumer experience

✅ End-to-end exposure across Fulfilment, Logistics & Inventory

✅ Experience managing 3PLs, vendors and large teams

✅ Strong cost optimization & operational excellence track record
