MIS EXECUTIVE

POSITION OVERVIEW

Rainbow International School is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable MIS Executive to manage data reporting and analytics support across key departments.
The role involves maintaining accurate databases, preparing MIS reports, supporting dashboards, and ensuring data integrity for effective decision-making.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Education: Graduate in IT, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in MIS reporting, Excel dashboards, and data analysis support

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Solid proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Formulas
- Pivot Tables
- Dashboards
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle repetitive and deadline-driven tasks
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of data visualization or BI tools is preferred

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Data Management & Accuracy





Maintain accurate and timely data across departments such as Attendance, Finance, HR, and Operations.
Regularly update master databases and reconcile departmental data submissions.

Verify, clean, and standardize raw data before consolidation into MIS reports.

2. MIS Reporting

Prepare and circulate weekly and monthly MIS reports for management review.
Generate both standard and ad-hoc reports as per requirements.
Maintain MIS report formats and ensure timely distribution to stakeholders.

3. Dashboard & Visualization Support

Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
Ensure dashboards are updated according to defined refresh cycles.
Verify that dashboards accurately reflect the underlying data.

4. Department Coordination

Coordinate with department SPOCs for timely and accurate data submission.
Follow up on missing or delayed inputs to meet reporting deadli
