About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with 2-3 years of hands-on construction experience to take ownership of on-site project execution for architecturally driven and design-led construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate complex site activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of on-site construction execution, ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, and design intent.
- Interpret and implement complex architectural and engineering drawings with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Lead regular site inspections, monitor construction progress, and enforce stringent quality control standards.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and vendors, ensuring adherence to work quality, timelines, and safety protocols.
- Enforce compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project-specific safety plans.
- Prepare and maintain detailed daily, weekly,



and monthly site reports, covering progress updates, incidents, inspections, and material tracking.
- Act as a key liaison between the site and project stakeholders—collaborating with architects, consultants, and clients to resolve in office issues swiftly and effectively.
- Oversee material delivery, handling, and storage to maintain quality, avoid delays, and minimize wastage.
- Provide technical mentorship and hands-on guidance to junior engineers, site supervisors, and labor teams.
- Identify risks, conflicts, or delays proactively and recommend actionable mitigation strategies to project leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of proven site engineering experience, preferably on architecturally driven or design-focused construction projects.
