About the Role

We’re looking for a
Lead Growth Manager
to own and optimize Lanstitut’s
end-to-end LEAD growth funnel
.

This role sits at the intersection of
Marketing, Sales and Growth
.

You will work closely with the
Performance Marketing, Organic Growth, B2B and Sales teams
to build a predictable, measurable and scalable Lead growth engine.

Responsibilities
- Own and continuously optimize Lanstitut’s
end-to-end lead funnel
, from lead generation and qualification to conversion and revenue.
- Robust analytical and quantitative skills
with the ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, diagnose funnel bottlenecks and turn data into actionable growth decisions.
- Track and analyze key growth metrics including
ROI, ROAS, CPL, CAC, lead quality, conversion rates, revenue per lead and revenue per admission
.
- Monitor performance across
Performance Marketing, Organic, B2B, Referral and other acquisition channels
and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Identify and fix
funnel leakage
at every stage from lead generation to sales follow-up,



nurturing and final conversion.
- Ensure every sales team, region and product has
sufficient and relevant leads
based on sales capacity, targets and conversion potential.
- Work closely with the
Organic, Performance Marketing and B2B teams
to improve lead quality, acquisition efficiency and lead volume.
- Develop and improve
lead nurturing, reactivation and follow-up processes
to maximize the value of existing leads.
- Track the complete journey of leads and identify why leads are
lost, delayed, uncontacted or not converted
.
- Build dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility into
daily, weekly and monthly funnel performance
.
- Work closely with Sales leadership to align
lead generation, lead distribution
.

What We’re Looking For
- 4.5+ years of experience
in Growth, Performance Marketing, Revenue Growth, Marketing Analytics.
- Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
