Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing the overall plan for the Mechanical Requirements in line with the Business plan of Plant. •Responsible for optimizing the Spares, stores Consumption and Inventory Management. •Responsible for improving plant productivity (TPH). •Responsible for effectiveness of 4 P structure in dept •Responsible for improvement and sustenance of reliability, reducing MTTR and improve MTBF. •Responsible for specific initiatives like TPM and TQM. •Responsible for the de-bottle necking projects and timely completion. •Ensuring that the systems and control are in place for better operations of Plant. •Responsible for building a vibrant team, managing succession planning, developing the second line, and improving the competency levels of the overall team of Plant. •Responsible for ensuring high level of safety health and workplace practice and ensuring compliances with relevant statutory requirements of Plant in line with organization policy
