About the Role

We are looking for a taxation qualified with strong fundamentals and a genuine interest in understanding, researching and interpreting tax laws.

The selected candidate will work on
Indian as well as international taxation and compliance assignments
, with exposure to jurisdictions including the
UAE, USA, UK, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Australia and other global markets
.

Prior experience in every overseas jurisdiction is
not mandatory
. Training and guidance will be provided for jurisdiction-specific requirements. However, candidates must have the ability to read, understand, research and practically apply tax and regulatory provisions.

? Key ResponsibilitiesIndian Taxation & Compliance
- Handle and support GST compliances, including return filing, reconciliations, registrations and refunds.




- Manage TDS and withholding tax compliances, including returns and reconciliations.
- Assist with income tax, GST and other tax matters.
- Handle notices, departmental queries, scrutiny and assessment proceedings.
- Conduct tax research and prepare responses, submissions and representations.
- Review accounting records and financial data from a taxation and compliance perspective.
- Identify potential tax exposures, compliance gaps and inconsistencies.

? International Tax & Global Compliance
- Support taxation and compliance assignments for entities operating across international jurisdictions.
- Assist with Corporate Income Tax, VAT/GST/Sales Tax, withholding tax and payroll-related tax compliances.
- Support annual tax filings and entity-level statutory compliances.
- Research overseas tax regulations, government portals, guidance notes and technical materials.
- Prepare compliance calendars and ensur
