Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Transformation & Developer Enablement Lead to drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI-native software engineering practices using
GitHub Enterprise Cloud, GitHub Copilot, Agentic AI, and GitHub Actions
. The role will lead developer productivity transformation initiatives, implement AI-driven software development practices, and enable engineering teams through coaching, change management, and large-scale adoption programs. The ideal candidate will bring robust experience in DevOps transformation, developer enablement, AI-assisted software engineering, and enterprise-scale technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise adoption of
GitHub Copilot

Agentic AI
, and AI-native engineering practices to improve development productivity and software delivery outcomes.
- Assess AI readiness and engineering maturity across development, QA, DevOps,



and platform engineering teams, identifying capability gaps and defining transformation roadmaps.
- Implement AI-driven software development lifecycle operating models leveraging
GitHub Enterprise Cloud

GitHub Copilot
, and
GitHub Actions

- Drive adoption of agent-assisted and AI-enabled engineering workflows across planning, requirements, development, testing, deployment, and operational activities.
- Execute AI transformation initiatives through structured onboarding programs, champion networks, change management activities, and adoption acceleration strategies.
