Position: Purchase Executive
Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Industry: Manufacturing – Steel / Aluminium

Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily purchase activities for the manufacturing unit.
- Purchase steel, aluminium, MS/SS materials, hardware, electrical items, consumables and other production materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations and material requirements.
- Compare prices, negotiate rates and finalize suppliers.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Design and Accounts teams.
- Check materials received against required quality, quantity and specifications.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor details and material tracking.
- Develop new vendors and maintain good relationships with existing suppliers.

Required Skills




- Minimum 2 years of relevant purchase experience in a manufacturing company.
- Experience in steel/aluminium manufacturing or fabrication industry is required.
- Valuable knowledge of MS, SS, aluminium, hardware and industrial materials.
- Good negotiation and vendor-management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/purchase software.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to independently handle purchase requirements.

** Note - Freshers are not eligible.
Preferred: Candidates with relevant experience in steel, aluminium, fabrication or industrial manufacturing companies.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹37,146.90 per month
