Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will handle leads, communicate with clients, understand property requirements, arrange site visits, and assist in closing property deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with potential clients and leads.
- Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
- Meet clients and explain property details, pricing, and offers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong client relationships.
- Negotiate and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain lead and customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Requirements




- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and MS Office.
- Comfortable with office work and regular field visits.
- Own two-wheeler/vehicle is compulsory.
- Valid driving licence is compulsory.
- Previous sales or real estate experience is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
