Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 AMS support for SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS).
- Manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, and production issues.
- Configure and support Items, Curricula, Programs, Assignments, Catalogs, Classes, and Learning Administration.
- Support user assignments, notifications, workflows, security roles, and permissions.
- Troubleshoot integrations between SuccessFactors LMS, Employee Central, SSO, and third-party learning/content providers.
- Support LMS reporting, scheduled jobs, connectors, and data imports/exports.




- Manage testing and deployment of SuccessFactors releases and enhancements.
- Work directly with HR/L&D; stakeholders and provide functional recommendations.
- Maintain documentation, SLAs, root-cause analysis, and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

5+ years SAP SuccessFactors experience with robust hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors Learning (LMS). Strong AMS/support background, LMS configuration, integrations/connectors, reporting, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management. SuccessFactors Learning certification preferred.
