Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage the complete HR function across the organization.
- Handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and retention.
- Manage manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, processes, and systems.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Manage performance appraisal and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, PT, and other HR compliances.
- Manage attendance, leave, employee records, HR documentation, and HR MIS.
- Drive employee engagement, training, development, and retention initiatives.
- Work closely with senior management on people-related matters and organizational requirements.
- Identify and implement improvements in HR processes and employee experience.




- Independently manage day-to-day HR activities with minimal supervision.

Candidate Profile
- 12+ years of relevant HR experience with strong exposure to complete HR Generalist/HR Manager responsibilities.
- Must have experience handling the entire HR function independently.
- Should currently be working in a role where they are responsible for overall HR, rather than handling only one HR vertical such as recruitment, payroll, or compliance.
- Candidates from any non-IT industry are preferred. Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma, Engineering, Trading, Real Estate, Textile, Retail, etc. can be considered.
- Robust hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR policies.
- Should be comfortable working as an Individual Contributor and taking complete ownership of HR.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
