Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Accounts Intern to join our team. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in accounting, reporting, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly reports with accuracy and within deadlines
- Assist in daily reporting and performance tracking
- Support the processing of toll charges and traffic tickets
- Help track and reconcile chargebacks
- Communicate via email to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain records of transactions and invoices
- Assist with basic accounting and administrative tasks
- Work with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and Excel
- Robust communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
