Required Qualifications
- 12+ y
ears of technical recruitment experience, with at le
ast 5+ y
ears focused specifically on Data Engineering, Data Science, AI, and Big Data technologies
- Proven track re
cord as a hands-on individual contributor hiring globally
- Strong domain understanding of tools/framewor
ks: Databricks, Snowflake, Python, Spark, SAP Data & Analytics, Machine Learning pipelines, and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience running full cycle recruitment using modern ATS platforms
