Role & responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard radiology centres across India to strengthen Tata 1mg's marketplace network.
- Drive end-to-end partner onboarding, including commercial negotiations, due diligence, documentation, and agreement execution.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, discounts, and commercial terms to ensure market-leading customer offerings while maintaining profitability.
- Build and expand the Assured Labs network by identifying high-quality radiology centers that meet Tata 1mg's service and quality standards.
- Support strategic initiatives, including mystery audits, quality improvement programs, and partner performance reviews.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3- 7 years of experience in healthcare partnerships, diagnostic network expansion, provider onboarding, or business development.
- Prior experience working with radiology centers, diagnostic chains, hospitals, or healthcare marketplaces is preferred.
