Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the Solar EPC business.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in rooftop, commercial & industrial (C&I;), and utility-scale solar segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, consultants, and channel partners.
- Achieve annual sales and revenue targets while increasing market share.

Tendering & Bid Management
- Manage end-to-end participation in government and private tenders.
- Prepare and review technical and commercial bids, tender documents, BOQs, and contract terms.
- Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal, and execution teams for successful bid submission.
- Lead techno-commercial discussions and negotiations with clients and stakeholders.

Market Expansion
- Drive regional market expansion and establish a strong presence in current territories.
- Develop strategies for rooftop solar business growth and key account acquisition.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis,



and customer need assessments.

Client Relationship Management
- Handle key accounts and high-value customer relationships.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract finalization.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.

Project Coordination & Execution Support
- Collaborate with design, production, procurement, logistics, and project execution teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project milestones, customer expectations, and commercial commitments.
- Support project teams in resolving customer and operational issues.

Process Improvement & Team Leadership
- Improve business processes, workflow efficiency, and sales productivity.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, including logistics and operational costs.
- Lead and mentor business development and sales teams to achieve organizational objectives.
