Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development team to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications using Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by setting milestones, deadlines, and budgets for each sprint.
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and mentor them to improve their coding skills.

Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in leading a development team or working as an individual contributor in a similar role.
- Robust proficiency in Python programming language with expertise in at least one other programming language (e.g., Java).
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is desirable but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
