Job Summary

Amartex Industries Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage the company's accounting, taxation, compliance, auditing, and financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in TDS, GST, Tally, ERP systems, auditing, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day accounting operations and coordinating with internal teams, auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely accounting entries.
- Handle Tally ERP/Tally Prime and other ERP-based accounting systems.
- Prepare and review GST returns, reconciliations, and related compliance.




- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, returns, and compliance.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank, ledger, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required documents/data.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Review invoices, vouchers, purchase/sales entries, and supporting documents.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely rectification.
- Support budgeting, financial analysis, and cash-flow monitoring.
