Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to promote and sell industrial products and solutions by providing technical expertise and sales support to customers.

The role involves frequent field visits, customer interaction, technical discussions, lead generation, and coordination with internal teams to achieve sales and business development targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
- Present, demonstrate, and explain products and solutions to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, service, and logistics for smooth order execution.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with the SEO agency to ensure SEO activities are completed on time.
- Track key marketing KPIs including website traffic, lead generation, and engagement rates.
- Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns through LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Manage day-to-day activities and customer updates in Zoho CRM.
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to identify recent business opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience
- BE / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering background.
- 2–3 years of experience in field sales or technical sales, preferably in industrial sectors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
