Job Title: Social Media Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our presence across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute social media strategies across
Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, shorts, stories, videos)
- Develop platform-specific strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversions
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals
- Handle daily posting, comments, DMs, and community engagement
- Collaborate with design and video teams for high-quality creatives
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize performance
- Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads)




- Track and analyze performance using tools like Meta Insights, YouTube Analytics, etc.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on KPIs (reach, engagement, leads, ROI)

Platform-Specific Responsibilities

Instagram & Facebook
- Manage reels, stories, carousels, and ad campaigns
- Optimize engagement through comments, polls, and interactive content

YouTube
- Upload and optimize long-form videos and YouTube Shorts
- Handle SEO (titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails)

TikTok
- Create viral/trend-based short-form videos
- Stay updated with trending sounds and formats

OnlyFans
- Manage subscriber engagement and content posting
- Develop monetization strategies (subscriptions, exclusive content)
- Maintain brand tone and compliance with platform guidelines

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of all major social media platforms
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
- Understanding of social media alg
