Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects within the agreed scope, timeline, quality standards, and budget. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage projects from initiation through completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, action plans, and progress reports.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to team members and monitor their performance.
- Track project progress against agreed timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and implement appropriate solutions.
- Conduct regular project meetings and follow up on pending actions.
- Coordinate with clients, management, vendors, contractors, and internal departments.




- Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Manage project documentation, reports, approvals, and records.
- Monitor project costs and ensure activities remain within the approved budget.
- Handle changes in project scope and assess their impact on cost and schedule.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and applicable standards.
- Prepare regular status updates and communicate project performance to stakeholders.
- Conduct project reviews and support lessons-learned activities after completion.
