About the Role:

We are looking for Doctor Sourcing responsible for building and maintaining a strong, continuous pipeline of doctors for our teleconsultation business.



The role will focus on sourcing doctors across multiple medical specialties and qualification categories, including MBBS doctors as well as BDS, BAMS and BHMS professionals, based on business requirements.

This is a high-ownership role requiring a combination of doctor sourcing, channel development, team leadership, stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be able to build scalable sourcing channels that ensure a continuous supply of qualified doctors throughout the year rather than relying only on reactive hiring.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Doctor Sourcing & Pipeline Development Own the end-to-end sourcing strategy for doctors required for teleconsultation.
Build pipelines across multiple specialties, locations, experience levels and qualification categories.
Source and maintain profiles for:
MBBS doctors
BDS doctors
BAMS doctors
BHMS doctors
Specialists and super-specialists
