1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client/business objectives.
- Plan campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Identify target audiences, customer segments and growth opportunities.

2. Performance Marketing
- Create, manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions and overall campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies and landing pages.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions and ROI.

3. Social Media Marketing
- Develop monthly social media strategies and content calendars.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and content creators.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers and overall social media growth.

4. SEO & Website Growth
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.




- Implement basic on-page SEO strategies.
- Coordinate website content, landing pages and SEO improvements.
- Track organic traffic, rankings and website conversions.

5. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns.
- Monitor incoming leads and analyze lead quality.
- Coordinate with sales/counselling teams to improve lead conversion.
- Track the complete funnel from ad → lead → sales.

6. Content & Creative Strategy
- Develop creative concepts and campaign messaging.
- Write ad copies, headlines, captions and promotional content.
- Work with designers and video teams to produce high-performing creatives.
- Identify current trends, formats and content opportunities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
