Role & responsibilities
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks and HR projects.
- Conduct research on current affairs and trends in HR, AI, and labour policies.
- Help in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong understanding of AI and its applications in HR.
- Knowledge of current affairs, especially related to HR and labor policies.
- Familiarity with Tamil Nadu and India labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship experience in HR or related fields.
- Knowledge of HR software and tools. Workday experience will be an added advantage.
