Role & responsibilities
- Classroom & Hands-on Training: Teach modules on emergency care, Basic Life Support (BLS), trauma care, and patient stabilization.
- Ambulance Mentorship: Ride along in ambulances (Amby audits) to directly assess the field skills of EMTs in real-life situations.
- Evaluations: Assess trainees through written, practical, and simulation-based exams.
- Record Keeping: Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Vaccination/Immunization: Ensure all trainees are up-to-date with necessary immunizations.
- Remediation: Create action plans to help struggling trainees improve their skills.

Preferred candidate profile
- Education: B.Sc. Nursing or M.Sc. Nursing.
- Registration: Must have a valid Nursing Registration.
- Experience: Usually requires minimum field or institutional teaching experience (e.g., 2 to 12 years, depending on the role level).
- Skills: Solid communication, presentation skills, and the willingness to travel.
