Summary

Lease/Land Analyst will be responsible for onboarding minerals, royaltes and leasehold
propertes in the Land Database. This individual will review and comprehend deeds,
assignments, ttle reports, mineral ownership reports and ttle opinions utlized in entering data
in the Land Database. Further, collaboraton with the land acquisiton team to confrm all
aspects of the propertes will be required.

Dutes and Responsibilites
- Onboard property data in the Land Database
- Property data includes mineral interest, ORRI interests, NPRI interests, working

interests, net revenue interests in oil and gas leases, wells and units

Qualifcatons, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilites
- Land administraton experience
- Understanding all asthmatc associated with the calculaton of the interest types
- Understanding acquisiton ttle materials/reports
- Land data and database experience
- Excellent communicaton skills (writen and oral)
- Microsof Offce Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Preferred
- Experience with LandVantage Land Database sofware
