Position: Sales & Channel Lead

Location: Goregaon

Working Days: Mon to Fri

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

We are seeking a highly presentable, confident, and sales-driven individual to manage our retail kiosk at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport Terminal 2 (Domestic Terminal). alongside a Person with Disabilities.

This is a high-footfall, fast-paced environment where the primary responsibility is to engage customers proactively and convert interactions into sales, while delivering a polished and memorable brand experience. The role demands solid communication skills, high energy, and a natural ability to influence buying decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive daily sales through active customer engagement and conversion.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximize billing value.
- Maintain strong product knowledge (features, pricing, and story).

2. Customer Engagement & Experience
- Approach and engage customers confidently in a non-intrusive manner.
- Deliver compelling product storytelling,



including:
- Craftsmanship
- Sustainability
- Inclusion-led production
- Handle queries and objections effectively to close sales.

3. Brand Representation
- Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and authenticity.
- Maintain excellent grooming and a high standard of personal presentation.
- Ensure the kiosk is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

4. Retail Operations & Inventory
- Manage daily kiosk operations including opening and closing.
- Track stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Ensure accurate billing and cash/card transaction handling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.

5. Order Capture & Coordination
- Identify and record bulk or institutional inquiries.
- Share leads with internal teams for follow-up.
- Support basic follow-ups where required.

6. Market Feedback
- Share insights on:
- Customer preferences
- Pricing sens
