This is hands-on, on-the-ground work:
delivery riders pick up from designated points in India and deliver directly to customers, guided by the Zomato app's navigation. It suits anyone who prefers being out and about over sitting at a desk all day. Pay runs ₹24,000–₹33,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable

• Keep delivery gear and vehicle in positive working condition

• Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app

• Pick up orders from designated restaurants promptly

• Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers

• Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status





• Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point

Eligibility Criteria

• Valid driving licence

• PAN card

• Good communication

• Willingness to work flexible shifts

• Age 18+

• Basic knowledge of local routes
